The school year started off with a bang! The high school split so I lost over 100 of my teaching coworkers and over 1200 kids to the new school. I have several new principals and a new sped coordinator. I have another case of bronchitis! I went to the doctor yesterday and I am now going to see a GI specialist to see if I have reflux that might be going into my lungs. I am on another round of steriods, an inhaler, a heartburn pill and flonase (SP?). So excited about all these new drugs!!!
Faery Tales update:
There isn't much to show...I had hoped to finish another page this month but that didn't happen. I usually fall asleep in my chair while watching TV. It is a sad life!!!! The first picture is where I ended on Sunday..
A whole new world: Someone posted this chart on a facebook group and I LOVE IT!!!!!! It is done on 32 count linen and I don't get along with linen. So I called Cecilia Samplers in Branson and they are coming to my rescue. I told them to substitute the fabric for 28 count Jobelan. They emailed me the conversions tonight. I emailed back to see if they might have hand dyed fabrics.. Picky I know..but we shall see what options they come up with!!!
Crazy Idea!!!!

Sounds like you are having a rough time at the moment. Hope you feel better soon and they get to the bottom of what's causing the issue. Love your progress on Faery tales, you did a whole lot! The Halloween stitching sounds like it will be fun, not sure if I can join in with you on it but will have a think about it and see.
I'm sorry you haven't been feeling well and I wish you a speedy recovery.
Your stitching is beautiful.
Good for you for acting on those Halloween issues. 31, huh?!? Good luck. I'll cheer you along while I work on the one Halloween project I have that I pull out every October (because I'm nuts and won't stitch 'out of season'). I'll post pictures of my progress. I look forward to seeing what you choose.
Wow, that sounds like a rough go indeed. I hope things get back to 'normal' soon for you. I would love to join you on your 31 Days of Halloween. I don't have 31 patterns to start, but I could post my progress on Halloween stitching every day if that works? Faery Tales looks fantastic!
Great progress on Faery Tales Vickie. I sure hope you get to feeling better soon and that they figure out the problem.

Hope they discover the source of your bronchitis; that is a lot of meds and probably what helps you to fall asleep in your chair every night - that and starting back to school!! 31 new starts is to many for me! LOL I just got the 2016 copy and plan on stitching the one Kim just finished and I may start that on the 1st.
I have several of the Halloween issues, too. I stitched a mailart from one of the designs, but that's it! Your Halloween idea sounds like a lot of fun. I don't know if I'll participate, though. I've joined a Christmas ornament exchange so I need to get moving on that.
I've had a cough all year. Been to the doctor twice. First time, they said it was bronchitis and gave me antibiotics. Second time, they said it was allergies and put me on Claritin and told me if it wasn't better in 2 months to come back. $300 later, I still have a cough. Debating whether I should make a third appointment.
Do you have other acid reflux symptoms? Like heartburn?
You're project is looking terrific! Keep at it - hope you feel better soon...
Happy Stitchin'...

Yes that's a crazy idea! Sounds like fun though. I don't have that many Halloween charts but I'll cheer you along.
Hope you feel better soon.
How fun! I can't join in this one because I really need to finish paradise but I'll be cheering you on! Great progress!
Great progress on your Faery Tales piece. Good luck finding the right fabric. I wish you lots of luck on your Halloween SAL. I have way too many other projects to work on right now so I won't be able to join in this time.
