What a week!

In case anyone is wondering....if you get food poisoning it feels like death!   I  was a lucky person to get this last night.   Mark and I picked up Outback takeout and I got so sick from eating their food.  Normally, I love their Guacamole Crab Stack but never again!!!   The cold tile felt so good but Brigen thought he should help me out and lick my face while I lay suffering.  He just wanted to help me feel better.   Cold Sprite is amazing when you are feeling bad...not sure why but it tastes so good!!!

I did a little stitching this week.  I worked on my Faery Tales and now I am stitching a new story.  I am in the process of stitching a beanstalk.  I also started organizing my floss from all my finished projects.  I had a lot of floss. It took me 3 days to finally to get it all wound and organized!!

I ordered my husband a TV for Christmas.  I ordered it from Sam's and had them ship it to my house.  I thought it would come in cardboard box with a label on it....Nope....This is how it was left on my front porch. I am just thankful we live in safe neighbor hood and it wasn't stolen!  Mark was home to bring it in the house.  So his surprise was ruined...TV is now set up in our bedroom.  Now, I have to find him another gift!!!

I'm sorry your Christmas surprise was ruined, how weird of them to just leave it on the front step!

I'm so glad you're feeling better! I keep telling you guacamole is nasty - here's my proof! :)

Your stitching looks great. Sorry you weren't feeling well. That's really disappointing with the TV. Definitely not very safe and ruined the surprise.

That's too bad about how they shipped the tv. Not good for ruining the surprise, and advertising for theft. You need to comment to the retailer.

That's awful about the food poisoning.

Oh that sucks about the TV at least you let him keep it :). You could always but him a bluray player or something to go with it

Oh, food poisoning is awful! For me it was bad chocolate in an advent calendar in high school. I've never bought another one of those calendars. Uck! I'm glad you are feeling better.

Faery Tales looks great Vickie. I knew there was no way I could stitch that on 14ct fabric. So last year I found a 1500 pieces jigsaw puzzle that I haven't done yet.

So sorry that you got sick, but glad that your feeling better. Faery Tale is looking good. You are very fortunate that your husbands new tv wasn't stolen. Enjoy it the both of you.

After watching some of those YouTube videos of delivery drivers throwing obvious TV boxes over fences and across yards, I'd be terrified to have one delivered!

Awe. I bet DH loved his gift anyway!
