This weekend is the annual craft fair weekend, that I avoid at all costs!!! There were thousands and I mean thousands of extra people in town for the craft fairs - there are about six different craft fairs going on in about a 30 mile vicinity for one weekend in October and then again in May. I stopped by one of the small ones because my friend Amber had a booth and she needed a sonic drink - so I made a Sonic run for her..
Since hubby is out of town, I took a long nap on the couch while watching the Murder She Wrote marathon on the Hallmark Channel. I didn't mean to fall asleep, but it seems to happen a lot lately. Spent the evening watching flosstube and stitching! Ordered a pizza for dinner and I was set!
Day 15 Stitching: Disney Catalog Halloween - 28 count opalescent - That is all I got. My friend Becki went to Cecilia Samplers in Branson and picked it out for me ......
Pumpkin without backstitching...He has funky hair!!!! LOL
It is amazing how much stitching you can get done when you are by yourself!!!
New Stash - In September, I was playing on Brookes Books Etsy store and she had a sale for overstocked charts. It was $25 for 10 charts worth $72. I already own the first little girl but I didn't have the others, so I just said why not!!!
First set of Overstocked charts: linked to the overstock sale
1) Emma Rose ( I own already)
2) Snow Queens Tiara - LOVE!!!!
3) Owl Dad
4) Dad's Good advice
These two have been on my list!!!
5) Alice All dressed up
6) The Darcys
LOVE THIS BOOK!!!!!!
7) Amy March - Little Women
8) Beth March- Little Women
9) Jo March - Little Women
10) - Meg March - Little women
The as I got to looking at the other sales she had, I almost peed my pants!!!! I squealed really loud and my husband thought I was crazy. I have been eyeing this series for a long time but I just didn't have $72 for 12 charts...I couldn't justify that!!!! But...she had as whole set on sale for $20!!! I jumped on it!!!
It is her Brides Tree Ornament Collection!!!!!!! - Linked to the overstock sale. Aren't they so pretty???????
Here is my Joann's kit find...It is a design works Tea Time Sampler.
Final item - Stash Unload find for $3.00!!!!!! Just love it!!!! Looked at the thread chart and It is a nightmare!! Blended threads for as far as the eyes can see....This might be one I just pull out and look at!!! LOL!!!!!
I have ordered a few more things but I am going to have to put myself on a stash diet for the rest of the year because Christmas is coming up!!!! Time to buy gifts!!!!

What a great stash haul! I am eyeing up the Bride's Tree ornaments. I've been admiring them on Crafty Rahenna's blog but truthfully im not sure what I would do with them when finished.
You MUST stitch the Castle Sampler! I stitched this one way back in the 1990s. I think it was the 3rd piece I ever stitched. I didn't know it was supposed to be difficult so I just stitched it! My parents have it and I still love it to this day.
Soooo much stash. Oh my, I would be in heaven :D
I really adore your new start, that pumpkin face is gorgeous and so funny!
Oh Mickey Mouse! That is to cute!! All that new stash - wow you are gonna have more stash than you know what to do with LOL luckily that is not a bad thing!
Cute start Vickie. I love the Mickey Mouse chart/kit. Do you know where I could buy one? I also love your Tea Time Sampler. My Joann's is a small one and doesn't carry kits. I have looked everywhere for it. Love all of your other stash too.

Wonderful stash haul and thank you for being such an enabler of the rest of us to buy more stash, too. Thanks for the links, I, too, am eying off The Bride's ornaments.
